Bought this a few weeks ago its a perfect fit and repels the water really well Had a snowfall after we brought it out and amazingly the cover pop pedi right off and was bone dry

This cover works great and has lasted us for years it has been used year round in the sun snow and cold. The only thing that has broken was one of the handles has come off.

Got this cover along with the Regal 490 BBQ for Fathers Day. Fits well on the grill and has 2 solid handles for positioning over the grill at the end of the night. This will help my grill through the winter and rainy nights Nice

This is the second cover for our Sovereign XL. The first original design was terrible. The second current design was purchased directly from Broil King. Somewhat better but by no means stellar. UV and water resistance is poor. After two seasons last week the nylon strap attaching one of the handles disintegrated. The second handle strap isnt far behind. The rest of the cover is starting to show considerable UV damage and probably wont last the year.

I spent nearly $100 CAD on this cover to match my new Regal S420 Pro. The cover looks great and the handles are a nice feature but it leaks along the stitches at both the seams and the handle attachments. Whenever it rains I take the cover off and find water pooled on both the lid and side tables.

14 months old the handle came off. Not where the stitches are but right after them. Only one has broken. Only half was torn at one time when I grabbed it it ripped like paper.

The cover looks fantastic when you first get in on. Over the course of the summer we noticed the black had faded to a very light grey and the cover appeared old and used. It also wore through some areas that would see more friction than others during removal and covering the grill back up. If this were a $20 cover from a discount retailer I would we got what we paid for but these covers are a premium price.
