Purchased this refrigerator as a match to the new stove . Wanted to upgrade to new appliances. Went to the store thinking to buy stainless steel but this black stainless was a wow factor. Refrigerator has lots of room in a fairly compact size to fit the opening in my park model. Really, really happy with it.

It looks and runs great but it when it was delivered after taking off the wrapping there were two dents in the freezer door. Advised store where purchsed and reorderd the freezer door one month ago and waiting for delivery.

I wanted to update my kitchen the the selection of Frigidaire appliances seemed to meet all my needs. The black slate finish was just what I wanted. At first this refrigerator seemed a little large, but I found that the room it provide for cold storage was great and the adjustable shelves allows the space to fit my needs.

I was in need of a new fridge , And I mean NEW! My old fridge was definitely older then me and I am (25)! It had a big crank in the back of the fridge and the bottom of the fridge where the drawers were would fill up with leaking water every night. So it was time to finally pitch in and buy the New Frigidaire refrigerator! I choose this fridge as it was in my price range and it had an awesome look! I would choose the black stanless over the plain white refrigerator anyday. Also the refrigerator has alot of space! I can fit alot more items in the door and inside the fridge! It was a complete upgrade then my older than me refrigerator

The fridge looks very nice, but I™™ve had a few issues already. First, the protective wrap was installed under the door seal, so removing it was very tedious because it kept ripping. I still have little pieces of plastics I haven™™t bothered to pull yet because there are so many. The fan also went out after 9 months. The warranty did cover it, but still not impressive. And the wire shelves inside sag in the middle when full, so those aren™™t the strongest either. It™™s a second fridge in our basement, so not a huge deal, but just an ok fridge.

I am giving this fridge 2 stars instead of 1 due to the fact that I enjoy the simplicity of it and before the motor went out after only owning it for 11 months, it did meet the basic requirements of what you want in a refrigerator. In addition to the motor going out after only being 11 months old, it also scratches extremely easily.

It™™s a great fridge. My only complaint is that on the inside of the door, the middle shelf has a plastic bar across it to hold condiments and such in place, and so far on two occasions when I opened the door, the bar fell off and all the condiments fell on the floor.

We have had this refrigerator for under 2 months. Having to spray the door hinges with WD40 all ready. And the inside door insets keep falling off when we open the door to the frig, and everything falls on the floor. Also no light in the freezer.

I bought this refrigerator about a year and a half ago. The first problem started within the first week, it sounded like ping pong balls bouncing inside the refrigerator. This would happen randomly several times a day and last about 10-30 seconds. After around 6 - 8 months the freezer started defrosting and refrig warmed up causing us to loose all the food andfreezer items. The refrigerator then started to work some what normal again. I contacted frigidaire to have it repaired because it was still under warranty. It took frigidaire about a week to find a repair company for me to contact then it took about three weeks for the repair company to respond to repair my refrigerator. Then it was another 3 week wait for parts, defrost timer and temp sensors were replaced. This did nothing to fix my problem. About every 1 - 3 months food gets thrown out because the refrig and freezer get warm. I did recontact frigidaire and told them the repair that was done to my refrig did nothing to fix the problem and I would like them to have someone look at it again. I was told my warranty expired 1 day ago.....yes 1 day and now I have to pay for the repairs. The did offer to sell me an extended warranty but the extended warranty would not cover this repair only future problems. To sum this up this refrig has been a problem from the start. Frigidare has lousy customer service and does not stand behind their product. I would never buy another frigidaire product of any kind. I'm out looking for a new refrig today. Thanks for nothing frigidaire.

I bought my refrigerator a couple of months ago. To get your bottled items (ie juice, milk), Brita pitcher to fit on a shelf, the other two shelves are REALLY small. Especially the shelf on the bottom. Most of the groceries on that shelf are wasted because I cannot see the shelf very well and forget the items are there. The ice maker in this freezer compared to my old, is really loud. When the fridge was delivered, the handles had to be switched and now they do not line up evenly. BIG DEAL to me! And the plastic covering placed on the fridge to protect it during shipment is difficult to remove. My old refrigerator was a Frigidaire top freezer and I love it. It actually got moved to the garage for an extra fridge after the kitchen remodel.

I bought this a month ago. The freezer has to be set on high. The most annoying feature is the door storage--items can easily fall out the gap to the floor, or the entire arm that holds things in pops off! Not happy with my choice. I do love the color, don't buy based on color!

Save the old door shelf brackets to replace into the new Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer. The new are shallow and have a gap at the bottom. When the door is opened all the small condiments will fall out of the door now. The old Frigidaire brackets fit in tne new model though.

I bought about a month ago. Wanted new appliances. This one was about the only one available in the black stainless steel color that would fit in my existing space. I think most everything is great. I am not a big fan of the big wide door shelves, however, with the big wide opening that allows bottles and everything to tip over and roll off shelf when someone opens door. I feel like the shelves should be enclosed. The drawers seem to be a little on the cheap side too. But it is a reasonably priced(cheap) fridge. Freezer is alot bigger than what I had previously, So I like that. All in all for the price, and the space it take up, or doesn't take up, I would recommend to a friend.

Hi. Was happy to find a top freezer refrigerator in Black Stainless to match other Frigidaire Gallery appliances. So far, it is a very good looking, well constructed and practical choice. Only concern is a minor bit of freezing in the refrigerator compartment, which was cured by a temperature selection correction. Otherwise, the refrigerator is a solid choice and was nicely priced, too.

The refrigerator runs fine however after Lowe's delivered it and we uncovered it, it has a plastic film in the middle of the upper small door. We reached out to Lowe's who referred us to you. You told us to use vinegar or glass cleaner on it. We tried that with no success. So now we just moved into a new home & purchased both a new refrigerator & stove and our BRAND NEW refrigerator looks TERRIBLE.

I love my Frigidaire refrigerator... wish they would go back to making a bigger frig with the freezer on top. This frig was to replace a 25 cu ft top freezer refrigerator that died. This is a nice frig, but no light in the freezer and the frig capacity is much smaller than my old one.

We just received the fridge. We love it, especially since the price was reasonable. However, there is one feature that I am hoping can be fixed: the door bins. The door bins are not solid so any small items on the door will slip through and fall to the floor. The design does not make sense as small items like condiments that are supposed to go on the door can't because they might slip through. I am hoping Frigidaire can resolve my issue.

i'm very happy with this refrigerator. I got the black stainless finish and it's quite beautiful. We didn't have a lot of room for a refrigerator, so went for this smallish one. It has a surprisingly roomy interior. The freezer is good size as well. There isn't anything I don't like about it.

I purchased this refrigerator in Black Stainless, it's beautiful and fingerprint resistant. It's super quiet, it's spacious, it has plenty of glass shelving, a deli drawer, humidity controlled vegetable drawers and takes up a smaller footprint in my summer kitchen. It's a basic refrigerator and DOES NOT freeze my lettuce. I was not looking for ice or water in the door so this refrigerator met my needs exactly. After doing much research before purchasing another refrigerator, I decided to stick with the Frigidaire brand which I have found to be very reliable. I have two other Frigidaire refrigerators and four Frigidaire freezers that have been very reliable. Only one repair was required on one self defrosting Frigidaire freezer which was due to a defective thermostat which was fully covered under the extended warranty I purchased.
