Heaven for mold, humidity too high, racks awful

We™™ve had this wine chiller for a while, and it™™s reliable, just not very good. It doesn™™t have any way to maintain the proper humidity - and we live in California where it™™s not exactly humid. And we™™ve tried all sorts of Desai ants, but regardless our labels grow mold and fall off, corks also get mold. And the racks/shelves are terrible. Impossible to get wine in and out without scratching the heck out of your labels or moving tons of bottles out of the way. Nice style on the outside, but really needs some work on the engineering and imolementation.

we are not wine drinkers, this was installed in a new home we purchased last month. we are using it to chill our soda pop, works just fine. quiet and digital temp readout.

I bought this because I needed to store up to 42 bottles of wine. It holds about 25 well. The others have to be shoved way in the back and you will have to take out to front ones to find out what is stored in the back. I should have looked at it in the store first because I would not have even considered it

I bought this cooler to replace one from another manufacturer that had broken down. I find it easy to store the bottles, to read the settings and to keep clean.

We purchased this and the same model beverage cooler 9 months ago. One was making a loud metallic bang sporadically - about 3-4 times a day/night. Unplugging each determined it was the wine cooler. Warranty is excellent as they came out but not sure if they will be able to resolve - we are hopeful. I strongly agree with the other reviews on the selves - you cannot get a bottle out of the back section without removing the one or ones in front. I am looking for after market shelves that will fit this unit as I love the design and look - and especially since it matches the beverage cooler that I am very pleased with.

I like the wine fridge overall. It holds a good amount of bottles and looks nice. The one thing I don't like it the racks. They don't pull out easily. And makes a little harder to pull out a bottle when the fridge is completely filled. It would have been better if the racks rolled out.

Really enjoy having this appliance. It is very quiet and holds temperature well. The only complaint is that the racks do not slide very well so getting bottle in and out of the fridge is sometimes difficult.

Bought it on sale and does a fine job at the 250 price point, I got it at Sears outlet. Racks are a little strange I have to admit.

this fridge makes the most annoying loud noise. i cannot sit in my living room which is a full room away because i can still hear it. this has to be one of the worst products out thereit is also so annoying to make the bottles fit and if u want to take one out you have to take out a bottle or 2

I bought this about 6 weeks ago. I was only able to load 36 bottles. Very aggravating to have to alternate directions bottles are placed in the cooler. If bottles are placed bottle end in first, I have to take out at least one other bottle to get it out. My cooler is in an out of the way part of my house so the sound of the unit does not bother me. External appearnce is fine with me. When unit is set on 54 deg, my thermometer says 57. I bought this unit mainly for its low price and feel I got what I paid for.

This unit was part of a builder package. From the beginning it has made a loud noise when the compressor is running. Service man said it was the refrigerant going Thursday a valve. Can't be fixed so they are paying me to but it back.
