I love the size, the adjustable shelves, drawers, and ability to switch the drawer to fridge mode for drinks or meat and cheeses etc. Then to a freezer. Great fridge

Let™™s start with it™™s absolutely gorgeous! This refrigerator replaced an older counter depth French door refrigerator, I™™m shocked at how spacious it is, love how I can turn the crisper drawers around to reach in without pulling the drawer out™¦the convertible temperature drawer is awesome, the ice and water dispenser so convenient. Best refrigerator I™™ve ever owned. Worth every penny.

Last year, we purchased this fridge. We had our previous one for over 25 years from Sear & although it was still working fine, we decided to update our kitchen. I had this model for 1 year + 3 months & the water/ice distributor on the door started to leak. I tried to troubleshoot but was told by your website it couldn't be solved by us & recommended PURCHASING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. We had already paid a tremendous amount of money for a NEW FRIDGE. The repairs were over $400.00!!! We never had any problems with our old refrigerator & I'm sorry we got rid of it. So much for going with an expensive replacement.

We purchased our fridge a year ago last September. Conveniently, when our warranty was up, we began to have leaking from the external water dispenser & problems with our ice maker. I attempted to troubleshoot through your customer service but was eventually told I should contact a repair service and/or purchase an EXTENDED WARRANTY. The replacement part was $170 & the service call $230!!! The refrigerator we replaced lasted us 35 years WITHOUT ONE REPAIR. In fact, the only reason we replaced it, was to anticipate problems with it's age. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS NEW AND VERY EXPENSIVE FRIGIDAIRE.

We really like our refrigerator so far. Gorman was a little disappointed with the interior space however, Allie is perfectly pleased. Cade did an excellent job answering our questions. As a matter of fact he was responsible for ™selling™ us our refrigerator.An excellent job of delivering and setting up the refrigerator.

This great looking refrigerator (GRMC2273BF) was the first thing I noticed when I bought my new home in January of 2023. Everything worked great until it didn't on the morning of January 2, 2025. Error Code CE with no lights and no cooling- it just DIED. Luckily I was home at the time- my freezer was full. I called the 1-800 number (from inside the unit) which was routed to Canada, then that person transferred me to someone in the USA (call center person was nice but had SCREAMING infant in the background) She gave me the number for 3 repair shops and said "sorry, 1 year warranty only- you are out of warranty by 1 year." I called the shop where the builder bought the refrigerator from and they sent a repair person a few days later. Quoted $900 and a week and a half to get new parts. Parts needed were a main control, display assembly 4th door, display board and door assembly. Based on these COSTLY and extensive repairs, I decided to purchase a new model for $1994. I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery model GRMC2273CF on January 6 because I liked the design so much, and it matches the other appliances, however I wish Frigidaire would stand behind their products better. I was not given the chance to buy the extended warranty (on previous model) because it installed by the builder when I purchased the house, and they didn't opt for that. Also as a household of one working adult. my use of appliances is minimal. This last particular model was clearly a LEMON. If there is a customer service or manufacturer email, it's not easy to find- just customer service PHONE numbers that say "oh sorry it's out of warranty- you should have purchased the extended one." I'm working so I don't have time for waiting around on hold or listening to screaming babies, or being told "you should have" when it wasn't an option. Also having to miss two days of work (one for repair person and the other for new unit delivery) was a financial hit too. If the Frigidaire would offer some compensation, that would be wonderful.

Bought this refrigerator in December 2023. in October 2024, it started dispensing water on its own, and would not stop dispensing if we were using the door dispenser to get water. Just under warranty, I had the door paddle fixed and it seemed to fix the problem - for all of 3 months. This morning (1/14/25) I woke up to the same issue, this time it dispensed close to a gallon of water before the dispenser shut itself off. I called Frigidaire to see what the options were for this - out of warranty, but the original issue not fixed. No help at all, any repairs will be out of my pocket. I understand I am out of warranty, but the unit is faulty and the initial fix did not take care of the issue. Disappointed to say the least - paid a good amount of money for a fridge that we cannot currently use all the functions on.

I am very pleased with our new Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator. I especially like the roominess of the refrigerator and the shelf placement. The lighting is well placed and bright. The variable use drawer is an added feature that is great when extra space is needed for party planning.

We were looking for a more modern fridge with French doors to replace our side by side. This fit the bill perfectly and has been a really great fridge for our growing family. There is plenty of space and it™™s easy to organize, especially between adult and kid areas. I also love the middle drawer which you can switch the temperature setting for what you need.

We bought the 21.5 cubic foot counter depth 4-door refrigerator when our 5 year old fridge stopped working and two appliance services seemed to be unable to diagnose and fix the issue. We picked this one Because of functionality, price for what we got, dealer, and Frigidaire reputation. So far, we have been well pleased with all.

Don™™t let the fact that it is counter depth fool you; lots of room in this refrigerator. Love the drawer that can be customized for temperature. The freezer is smaller but we have always had a separate chest freezer so that™™s not an issue for us. I looked at SO MANY refrigerator options before choosing the Gallery 4 door model and ultimately chose the Frigidaire based on its record of not needing repair.

Fairly good refrigerator so far. I'm not so happy about the thickness of the metal as it warps and dings VERY easily. ALSO after owning for just a bit over a year the water dispenser is dripping water. I read a bit on it and it sounds like a very common issue where the water tube gets cracked at the top hinge and relieves the pressure holding the water back. Looks like to fix it we need to purchase a new tube for $25. But what then? Replace it after another year? ALSO if you have a large family that uses a lot of ice this may not be the fridge for you. My daughter would get a large cup of ice or two a day and I noticed it had a hard time keeping up with making enough.

I recently replaced my old side by side fridge with this Frigidaire Gallery model and I absolutely love it. The fridge does a great job maintaining the proper temperature and the shelving is highly configurable which allows me to fill it exactly as I want to.

Such a great use of space with adjustable shelves and bins on the doors. Very brightly lit interior. We especially love the middle door which can be used as a freezer or refrigerator with different temperature settings at the touch of a button. Ice maker and water dispenser are excellent, and the entire refrigerator is very quiet.
