I brought this for my bedroom I have the smallest bedroom in my house so I was looking for an ac that was small as well. This is perfect i keep it on low and max cool and my room is like a freezer. I love it so much

Incredible for the price

We own triplex's & several duplexes in the Tampa area, all the units have window a/c units. Most of our buildings we pay for electricity plus water/sewer. 1st electric bill on 1 of our triplex's and the electric bill has dropped just over 20% from the same months in 2017 & 2018!! Electric is the costliest part of owning rental properties. Will be back fitting all units with the same units as what we just purchased. Tenants say the new a/c units are also quieter and don't cycle on-off nearly as much as the old units.

Nice air conditioner except that the louvres for directing the air flow from the unit don™™t seem to do that job to well. Be nice to be able to adjust the air flow up and down as well as left and right.
