The rollers for the lower basket are cheap snap on plastic. Unfortunately they come off frequently when rolling the lower basket in and out. Also the door closure at the top does not snap closed very well.

My only concern with this washer was that the controls are on top of the door and when I shut the door it is not easy to turn the washer on as it becomes lost under my counter. It also does show fingerprints

We love the satin finish, no fingerprints. Also there is a lot of room inside this machine. We love the utensil tray on top which allow the other utensil holder to be removed for more items to be placed in the lower rack.

This machine worked fairly well for 2 years, then it did not... Paid $120 for appliance repair man to share with me a faulty control board, which is a common issue with GE dishwashers. He wanted an additional $470 to replace part. I paid $600 for dishwasher. Do the math. Not likely to ever buy another GE appliance or product ever again. Bad taste in the mouth...

I bought another brand a year ago that I paid $1000 for. It didn't dry the dishes no matter what setting you used - called the company and they said that was how their dishwashers worked. I would have to unload dishes and let them dry on the counter! Not any more. Love GE!

I have had two models of dishwashers made overseas with neither lasting more than 3 years. They would wash the dishes overnight, but they were still wet in the morning. I decided to go back to GE (the rest of the appliances in the kitchen were GE) and could not be more pleased. We now open the dishwasher first thing in the morning and everything is DRY! I love it.

It seems like everything on this dishwasher is falling off and melting. First we started losing the wheels off the bottom rack and now they melt when we put them back in. Most recently the water spinner on the bottom has split and melted. This is not the quality we expected from a GE appliance. Very disappointed.
