the product is fine. The customer service is HORRIBLE There is NO way to get help. The "chat robot" gives you NOTHING and the are no phone numbers to call. Tell me how to TALK to someone I will think twice about purchases anything with such poor response to the need for help

We are just using it for small soda cans so there is not a lot of added weight.When I open the door, I tend to pull the fridge almost off the table. If you fill it up that may not be a problem. I need to use one hand on the door and one hand on the fridge and that works. If my hands are full that is a little hard to do. I don't think it is a problem with the item itself. This is just for information.

Due to our main refrigerator going out of commission and having to wait for a repair, we purchased this item and are glad we did. Able to store food for a few days and even made a tray of ice cubes. We have since moved this refrigerator into our family room and can access drinks and snacks any time.

So far it's a great little fridge just waiting for them to send over the replacement leg that was broke when it was taken out of the box. But other than that works great and a great price now I don't have to also walk downstairs when I want something to drink..

Have this in my office at work and it is extremely quiet. Pretty powerful and can freeze stuff in the refrigerator part if the thermostat is set too low.
BE CAREFUL TO UNWRAP AND EXAMINE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE. Had to bring the first one back. Slide the straps off the box and slip the cardboard off to make sure it's not damaged. Flimsy packaging and clumsy handlers create a lot of damage. Don't have it shipped to your house if you can help it. Lots of negative reviews about damage, not product deficiencies.

I bought this to salvage what I could and keep some items cool when my fridge quit and they said it would be 5 days to get parts and repair.
This held what I needed to get by and now it is an office fridge and keeps some things convenient.

It™™s a pretty good fridge. Does what they all do just fine but you have to leave the temp knob set at either 4 or 5(max) to keep your frozen foods frozen and your fresh foods cold. Ask me how I know. The freezer is a joke and can™™t fit a pint of ice cream, just smaller items like bags of frozen veggies. If you purchase one, leave the styrofoam protectors around the shelving in place to prevent them from sliding around inside especially when opening and closing the door as they™™re noisy otherwise. Overall good value for the price.

the refrigerator came in handy when my regular refrigerator was not cooling- i had a 3 month supply of my 2 insulin pens and they needed to be refrigerated- after it was fixed my granddaughter took over and she is using it for her juices and treats so she is not opening my regular refigerator as often
