My humidifier started freezing up to the point where I couldn™™t pull the filter out from the side of the unit.
Then it started sounding like no matter how I adjusted the humidity settings that the humidifier was always running, and always freezing up. We could hear the ice cracking from upstairs when it was quiet.
Now the humidifier is dead. Tried to adjust The settings and suddenly it just stopped working altogether.

Worked fine until this year. Started up in spring after not using for winter months and it constantly freezes up.

Must admit, thought it was an "off brand" and perhaps not perform as well as our last national brand unit, however, pleasantly surprised... works well and pulls a ton of moisture from the basement air!!

This unit was a replacement for another unit which failed. I use it to keep the humidity down ina garage where I keep my collector cars. It does an excellent job.

Installed this in our room that was having some mold and mysterious moisture issues. After 3 days we can feel the difference in the room. Previously I had been purchasing and installing the disposable moisture catchers. really glad I upgraded.

I've had this running for 2 months and haven't had any issues. It's easy to empty and bucket and use the settings to adjust our level of comfort.

Bought ~ 1 month ago, has worked extremely well since. Easy reservoir to empty. Controls easy to learn. Hope it lasts 10 years, though that would go against all the MBAs who swear by planned obsolescence to improve their take-home stock options.

Bought this dehumidifier about a month ago. Works well, and the only thing keeping it from rating 5 stars is that it is very LOUD. Otherwise, product works as advertised, and gets the job done.

We bought this back in March. Now that humidity is creeping up it's working great to keep our basement dry. The only issue I would find is that is it a little loud. It is in our basement, but we can hear it upstairs. The first couple days it was a bit alarming, but now we've gotten used to it and don't hear it at all.

I actually had gotten the 30 pint but had trouble with it so the store exchanged for this bigger one. Love the features it has as compared to the 30 pint. Quiet running. I haven't figured out how to dump the water without spilling yet. Maybe I just need a bigger bucket to dump into. But I do love this model.

I'm very happy with this product but the handle on the water reservoir broke within 1 month. When I called the company, they said the handle was not available but they would pay for a replacement dehumidifier. I, personally, think that's a bit of a waste and would just like a handle.

Due to.a basement with no venting, windows, or sump pit I emptied the tank twice a day until the area was back under control. Then I set my preffered humidity and it does the rest.
