I was considering an induction range but decided to stay with the gas dual fuel. Both gas cooktop and electric oven work well.
Pros:
It fits nicely in the space of my previous range - I like the "lip" on the sides.
Top is easy to clean.
Indicator shows status of oven preheat.
Telescoping rack is great.
Cons:
Sound of timer is low and very irritating even after I tried adjusting volume.
The warming drawer should have a handle so you wouldn't need to push the front of it to open it.

If one is looking for a mid-grade dual fuel range, the Bosch 800 Series will not disappoint! Our goal was to upgrade from a builder-grade appliance. We were looking for quality in workmanship and performance. We spoke with a salesman at a Ferguson store who guided us to the Bosch. He assured us that Bosch would set itself apart from the crowd! He was right. As a former Family and Consumer Science teacher who has cooked on a variety of appliances, I have never experienced the range of settings on gas burners from the other manufactureres that allow a low, keep warm setting on the stove top. The oven baking is so quiet one has to check if it is on! The baking is consistent and even; the pizza setting produces a beautiful, even baked result. The other range of oven options, (convection, broil, grill, etc.), allows the cook to prepare meals with ease and efficiency.
I recommend the Bosch 800 Series without reservation! The value and quality for the investment is outstanding!

We left gas stoves 20 years ago because of lack of power and safety issues with flame going out. Our new Bosch has restored our confidence. It has been absolutely wonderful to cook on, and completely trouble free. Happy wife, happy life!

The layout of the stove top really optimizes cooking space which I really appreciate. I can actually use all 5 burners which was impossible on my last range and the over top slide in design keeps everything sleek and clean. Oven is also spacious, knocking out big dinners with the multi rack convection feature. Very pleased with this purchase!

I'm very pleased with my new dual fuel slide in range. My favorite feature is the warmer drawer, which was the deciding factor in making this purchase. The only reason I did not give this a five rating is because it's very difficult to get the fingerprints off the stainless steel. I'm constantly working to keep the range looking clean. Otherwise, it's a great product and I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

My Duel Fuel slide-in has many nice features and looks good in my kitchen. I like the clean look and it operates as expected. Here are my quibbles:
1) the stainless steel knobs are handsome, but they mount on stems that are very wiggly, which greatly detracts from the feeling of quality Bosch it reaching for with these non-plastic upgrades.
2) the cooktop is stainless steel rather a more typical enameled surface. While it looks nice clean, a single use of the cooking surface renders it filthy, requiring a wipe down after nearly every use.
3) the touchpad is under-responsive, requiring many second and third attempts to activate buttons. It is not simply due to dirty surface or fingers. This issue was quickly evident even when the oven was newly installed
4) the timer features are irritating to set, and the timer itself has an anemic tone to it.
5) it's only happened once (and I'm praying it won't happen again) but my oven turned off during a bake and flashed a Bosch service number at me a week ago. This warning only lasted a second or so (too short to write down the number or error code) and then disappeared. I've only had this oven for 2 months. Please Bosch, tell me this won't happen again.

There is a know problem with the control panel and Bosch knows about the issue with this stove. We've had a repair person come out twice and replace a module the first time, and then the whole front panel the second trip. This range was installed in March of 2025. We had the same error message, but the biggest problem is that when you put food in the oven, wait about 20 minutes, upen the oven door, the steam from the food messes with the control panel. Apparently a poor design placement with the control panel, and they switched materials from a glass to a polymer was what I was told from the repair tech. I would stay away from this stove at all costs. I'm apparently getting a Bosch tech out here soon with a different part. If that doesn't work, them maybe a credit?? Better be full price of what I paid....

We waited a long time for the stove-bought in July delivered mid October due to some restructuring in the Bosch company. It's a month old now and we're very happy with it. It gets up to temp in the oven so quickly and the burners are exponential. Two things that could be improved in the design are the warming oven that I often bump with my foot and it opens unintentionally and the other is the alarms and timers are not loud enough.

The front right burner does not light as easily as the rest. The igniter sparks and gas comes out but it typically doesn't light right away causing a flare out when it finally catches. I'd say it could be operator error but the other four burners don't have the same issue. Also we don't use the oven often but several times we have used it the bake mode shuts off when we open the oven door (the timer was not set). It seems to happen when steam comes out and hits the display panel. It's fine if your food is done but if you need more time you have to set the mode and temperature again and the oven has to reheat since it loses 50 degrees by opening the door. Had a service call for the oven from the store we bought from and they said there was nothing they could do. Full disclosure I have not reached out directly to Bosch yet.

The range showed up from the factory with multiple different parts scratched. Quality from The factory was poor. In addition, Bosch service will not move the stove out to fix the factory issues. Very disappointed at the quality.

Impressive workmanship and styling. The top interface of the stove is sturdy, easy to clean and the gas jets produce fast and efficient cook power. Oven is huge compared to my old one with 2 lights and well designed racks that allow for easy pull out with integrated slots for easy use. The control panel is and knobs are beautiful and it was a decision maker compared to other brands that had the control panel mounted on top of the range close to the burner elements. The warming oven is an exceptional feature! Love this product

I am very pleased with my purchase of the dual fuel slide in Bosch range. I had dual fuel (Kitchen Aid) at my other house that I bought several years ago. This one has some notable differences that make it a stand out. First of all, I love that it has 5 burners and a warming drawer (not wasted space). It also is able to turn down low to almost a simmer--my other stove even on low eventually turned to boil. Most important, the oven hardly takes any time to heat up comparatively saving me a lot of time. Don't hesitate to buy this product!

Mostly, I love this range, the challenge is the control panel. It has an intermittent 10 to 40 second delay when I attempt to use it after opening the oven. I've also noticed some funky activity on the control panel when I use my in oven thermometer. I've reached out to Bosch a few times and to the appliance store where I purchased it, but nobody really has a resolution. Most recently they say that there's an upgrade coming out and they will attempt to download it in three weeks. While it doesn't seem to affect the workings of the temperature of the oven, it is a real nuisance when I'm trying to make control panel adjustments after checking on the items inside. It has not been so easy to get answers or responses from Bosch either. We will see how it goes.

I'm so happy I purchased this dual fuel stove. It heats up so much faster than my old (new because I moved) Kitchen Aid and I like that I can turn the gas stove top low to basically a simmer! Love the warming drawer feature.

I've bought 2 Bosch appliances this year, dishwasher first then this range. I got the range because the dishwasher amazed me with how well it cleaned, even on quick wash. The range is just as amazing, especially with baking, which it does to perfection. I won't ever buy anything but Bosch.

We absolutely love our new dual fuel Bosch range. The sleek styling fits our kitchen perfectly and its functioning is as advertised. The stove-top is no-nonsense and the middle fifth burner is a dream. The oven temperatures are spot on and the digital control panel is extremely easy to navigate. My last Bosch range died due to the main oven relay failing after 15 years. I hoped the newer ovens would be better. within a week of using the new oven, I get this random E11 or E011 error when i open and close the oven door when it is hot (450F). The error displays a, Call Bosch phone number," and then just shuts. I am able to restart the oven but this is quite unacceptable. I am unable to always recreate this problem, so I can't call Bosch service because if they come, and the problem does not occur, I will have to pay ~$200. :(

Love the cooktop with 5 burners and variety of sizes of burners. Oven seems to work fine and door stays cool. Only concern is control panel above stove gets hot. To be fair, I haven't had a chance to contact Customer Support about this.

My range had an oven bulb burn out and it should be simple to remove the cover and replace the bulb. The cover will not budge and Bosch is not helpful. Their only solution is paying $179+ for a service call. Poor quality product and customer service.

Love the looks, the overlapping counter edges and the easy cleanup. Not excited about the long oven preheated time and the lack of current oven temperature readout. The tempature "bar" is difficult to see and of little information.

Overall, the stove is nice and appears to be working properly. One of the features I like is the broiler. It works really well, cooks fast and evenly. The element layout is much better on this broiler than other stoves. Things I don't like.... I miss the glass top as it is so much easier to clean and stays cleaner longer. I had a duel fuel before with a glass top. The words on the panel are too small and hard to read. The Hi/Med/Low etchings on the gas knobs are also hard to read. We have only had the stove for a few weeks, so we have not used all the features, but so far so good. I worry about the electronics. We had purchased a GE prior to this and only had it for a few months. It turned out to be a lemon. The electronics just did not match the actual temperatures in the stove. We sent it back. The big test for the Bosch is when I have to cook a large roast or a turkey.

The stove is easy to clean, which is nice. I wish there were more higher capacity burners. Oven is nice but layout is different from wall oven, which is confusing at times. Also doesn't have WiFi. And wish there was a way to temporarily disable buttons/touch screen to clean.

I had pretty much the same stove that I bought 10 years ago. I loved it which steered me towards buying a new one. Just got it 5 months ago.
This new stove is really a disapointment for me. I wanted to love it but it's not happening.
Right after I got it, it started throwing Error 11. Had to get it serviced.
The stainless steel top scratches way to easily. I am using a standard scrub pad and it looks terrible with all the scratches.
The convection even does cook evenly left to right. One side of the pan will be raw and the other almost burnt.
There is a gap at the top/front. If you are not careful when cleaning it, water will leak into the gap and onto the main control board. Poor design.
The oven is kind of a pain to clean. I wound up using self clean but it didn't get all the residue off.
All in all I regret this purchase. I would rather have my old one back in working order.

We selected this gas/electric range because it provided us with those options, specifically, along with the backless design. So far it has met expectations with one caveat. Purchased un-tested, the issue would have been obvious upon a trial use of smaller pots. When setting a smaller size pot on a burner, then moving it slightly "off center" it can easily tilt and spill because the grates in the grill top are spaced too far apart. If the design had a little more space to easily set and move items without the ability to tilt, that would be ideal. We're not tossing the range but it is just something we are now accutely aware of when balancing multiple pans/pots on the cook top.

We purchased this product as a "like for like" replacement to our original Bosch, Dual Fuel, Slide-In oven that we loved. Our old Bosch had the "mother board" go bad and evidently, it is no longer available. A shame. The new "like for like" Bosch, does not fit the space precisely. Specifically, the side stainless steel panels are an inch or so to short to hide what is now a gap to the cabinets it is installed with. You would think that the engineers at Bosch would have considered that customers would replace their previous Bosch with this one. You would be wrong. The first stove arrived and the left front burner was inoperative. So, we had a second stove installed which is fully operational. The materials used in the "new" Bosch, do not appear to us to be as high quality as those our first Bosch. A disappointment. I have tried to attach a photo below but each time I do, it eliminates the review. Happy to provide that if anyone is interested.

I love this dual fuel range! The gas burners are easy to use, I love the fifth burner in the middle. Cleaning is as easy as it can be with a gas stove. I like all the features of the oven; the probe works very well. I would say that it takes a little longer to heat up than my previous electric oven. The smudge proof stainless steel still smudged though. Overall I would recommend.

I prefer cooking on gas so dual fuel is a must. After 2 weeks of cooking and baking, I find I'm using the back and middle burners so the blower takes up more of the emissions for lower levels of airborne contaminants. The middle burner is large and hot; the back ones are more for simmering. The oven has terrific settings, e.g., Proofing, perfect for yeast doughs (100 degrees), and Fast Pre-heat. Convection heats evenly while using multiple levels. The control panel functions fine. I knew it doesn't have an air fry setting but still wish it did, given its price. Clean up is ok. The storage drawer opens with a tap . The timer is loud enough and not obnoxious. Overall it's solid. So far so good.

I love how my stove is cooking and baking! It is easier to keep clean than my former stove. If I could critique a few things: The sides are too high and left a gap between my stove top and counter. The dealer gave us strips to fill the gap, but they don't work very well and sometimes food products get under the side of the stove. Also, the bottom drawer is a "push to pop open" style. This leaves fingerprints and the latch often needs to be pushed a few times before it closes.
