Great when it works

It works. Its nice when it does and the app is extremely useful. If you actually use it right unlike the other person complaining about draining it which you dont have to do because it auto evaporates. My problem comes from a weird issue where it seems like tbe condenser coil fan malfunctions randomly. I bought this unit 20 days ago and Im already having issues. I tried contacting support and this is besides the review but they werent being very helpful. When it works its great and quiet and cools down the house but its not a good feeling when something you bought brand new is facing unpredictable mechanical errors. But Im still well within the warranty so Ill see if they can be of any help.

Soaks Everything

This AC is genuinely a piece of junk. I have to drain water from it every 15 minutes just for it to soak my floor anyways. Ive emptied almost two liters in the last half hour and instead of just cooling my room its soaked my carpet too.
