I was very limited in a purchase due to the stackable closet size in my home. My salesman was knowledgeable and directed me to this model. Although this was more than I expected to pay I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This tower fits perfectly in the space and looks great Love the Matte White finish I even had a neighbor ask if I could wash an oversized comforter because her washer always goes off balance This machine is a dream come true It balances perfectly And my neighbor loves her new laundry serviceHa Ha I love all of the settings and modifications on both the washer and dryer. Very easy to navigate. And the chimes are lovely I hope I have many years of use My neighbor does too

Generally the unit does a great job of cleaning and drying laundry. I wish I could change the side of the hinge I.e. reverse the door. Also it would be nice to have an optional stand to raise the unit up a little. It is pretty low to the ground.

We bought this unit last month and I have to honestly say Im not a huge fan yet. The first thing is that we didnt get an owners manual. The younger people may not care because they are computer savvy but for myself 72 I resent being told to look it up on YouTube It is much easier for me to have the booklet in my hand right in front of the washer. The second thing is when I use the normal/regular cycle on washer I do not get a minute display. And The third thing is that there is no heat associated with the normal cycle of the dryer so I have to use bedding overall Im disappointed in the set

Great machine but the remote start didnt work

Nice machine but cannot get the remote start to work. Since many of the features are actually on the app itself this is actually a pretty important feature for us. We need to be able to use delay start and some of the other cycles that are only available on the app. Customer service and troubleshooting have not been able to help solve the problem. The machine connects to our WiFi but enabling the remote start has been the issue. Costco believed that it is a circuit board issue and was generous to offer a replacement immediately.

Repair was good. It took two weeks to finally get a technician out here. LG did keep me posted very much appreciated. Two weeks is long time when you have a mucky 2.5 year old. Good thing I love my washer dryer combo They are spectacular

First time Machine owner very disappointed

We had this installed in May of 2023 so I have had this for a little over a year. The overall ability to control my machine through my phone is super convenient however can be glitchy. I have recently had to have a repair person come and fix the control panel because somehow detergent had made its way into the control system causing my machine to not work properly. I take very good care of all of my appliances so I have no idea how this would have happened. The customer service in general was very lacking in actual support and immediately wanted to charge me over $400 dollars before coming to see what the actual issue was. I was never asked about having an extended warranty so as soon as I mentioned that they then transferred me over to another department. Now this experience with the overall machine has just made it disappointing for me and my family.

Dryer:additional parts needed during installation?

I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

LG is the worst appliance maker ever.

I have had this new washer for six months and it has never worked. I bought it from Costco in January and they installed in my new home. I am a snowbird and didnt arrive in the house until May. The washer wouldnt turn on so I contacted Costco and then LG. After two weeks they sent a repair man out who found that it had a defective control panel. He says he ordered the new parts but it is now July 1 and I have no washer. Awful customer service and defective machine and dont buy anything from LG.

One month into ownership the machine is working wonderfully However Ive spent two hours trying to connect its ThinQ app to my phone with no success. I followed all the instructions renamed my home wifi set the band to 2.4 and still nothing. LGs customer service took 3 weeks to send me a chatbot instruction that just repeated the manual. Disappointed about that. I also wish I had more control over the cycle length and options. Perhaps if I had been able to connect to wifi

Less stairs and more laundry

Unit works great. Love the way this stackable holds a full load of laundry in a compact space. We installed as a second washer/dryer in our upper floor master bath to save walking and stairs.

A lemon at best

It has never worked correctly and service showed up twice to fix it. They said they needed a part and never came back. Customer service is worthless. It is a shame because I own an LG top loader and three tvs and they all work great.

My first impression it takes a learning curve to know how to operate. It seems most cycles are predetermined and not easy to change water temperature. The dryer has predetermined settings and not easy to get things completely dry. Could not connect to Wi-Fi but dont see the need for that so havent missed it. The washer already has a leak I believe is in the door gasket. I called for service and felt I got the run around. No help at all no offer for a service call. This unit is only 10 months old and only two of us in our household.

Terrible support. Worst LG product ever.

Got my machine on 29 Dec. The softener does not dispense properly. Took five calls and over four hours on the phone and two visits and its still not fixed. It took three calls to convince them that it was not user error. No sense of urgently on the part of the company to get it fixed. I own three LG tvs an LG top load machine and an LG styler all of which I love. This device is a complete lemon.

LOVING IT SO FAR

The last washer and dryer I bought was 25 years ago so when I went looking for a new one an d looked at alot of them and ran across this one did my research and decided to give it a try not being that tech savvy I was worried that I would not be able to run this thing and come to find out it was so easy have not used all the features but I know I am going to love it.

Looks great but doesntt work

I purchase tis unit about a month ago. It was a floor model that had been sold and then returned shortly thereafter because the first owner complained that it didnt dry the cloths.The Bill Smith Naples Florida salesperson assured me that it was fixed and stated that I would get a full year warranty with the purchase I purchased an additional 4 year insurance policy on the unit just in case. Well I got the unit home and the dryer doesnt work Ive had a service tech at my home and the problem was identified as a faulty temp switch displayed as a d90 error. The part take approximately one month to get so I have been without a dryer for approximately 3.5 month totally unacceptable. Needless to say I am most disappointed in this unit I paid top dollar for it despite being very slightly used and the thing doesnt work Look real pretty but functionality is another issue. I am waiting fir someone the right this wrong

We purchased our LG Stacked Laundry Center 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it We remodeled our laundry room and needed a space saving unit. After researching our options we decided we wanted the all in one stacked unit vs the individual stacked washer/dryer. LG had by far the best options to choose from in this category. The unit is beautiful easy to use smooth running and quiet. The washer and dryer are full size and fit in half the space. Definitely recommend LG.

Dont try to get replacement parts

I bought my LG wash tower from Costco in the spring of 2023 and its been great. Huge capacity and fast cycles make for quick laundry which is a plus with 2 busy dogs and all the dirt from them throughout my household. No complaints here other than how hard it is to get replacement parts after the dogs chewed through the pump drain access cover. LG seems to have decided that part is not replaceable so now I have a big rectangular hole in the front of my appliance. I really am not sure why they made it plastic in the first place is the part is not replaceable.

I was so excited to have this unit in our new addition. However when I used it the first time the washer was everything I expected. The dryer on the other hand would power up but would not turn on and tumble. Customer service is very frustrating. I am still waiting for a service call after 2 weeks. Disappointing.
