I bought this less than a year ago and the freezer handle has broken off from the inside and samsung will not cover under warranty

I love the size of the refrigerator, you can never have enough room to store your food. Other features I like are the open space top with the freezer below, the easy to see control buttons on the side and ice maker in the freezer NOT in the door killing my space in the refrigerator

chose this for high marks online and bc it matches my other samsung appliances in black stainless. have had a few weeks but so far so good. took about 4 hours to reach optimal temps in both fridge & freezer. ice production that evening with a few cycles by next day. love that icemaker is in freezer section. we also chose bc there is no water or ice on the door as such designs which can create expensive problems later. and i love the little catch on the upper tray of the freezer where the ice bin is so you don't have to open the freezer, then pull out that upper tray to get to the ice. also one plus i didn't realize until later is the handle of the freezer is designed to lift so as to be ergonomic (less stress on your back ).

The large capacity French Door Refrigerator works so well! I also love the automatic ice maker- can't tell you how many times that has come in handy! Also love the filtered water for the ice maker.

I was looking for a fridge without ice dispenser in the door. This is a great option.
You still have ice available from the freezer, and two full doors to use.

We purchased this refrigerator as part of a suite, it is the best investment we could've made. I love the features, it's spacious and I can buy a large frozen pizza and it fits in the freezer. I'm glad we stuck with Samsung inspite of our difficulties with delivery.

I wanted a new refrigerator but was not sure which one to get. I am so glad I went with the Samsung French door refrigerator. It is very room, food stays cold evenly throughout and easy to clean. I chose the black stainless because all my other appliances are black, it does have a black hue to it but with the stainless look. It made my fairly new kitchen look even newer. It was a good decision to make this purchase.

I've had it about a year now and it works perfectly. Cools food and drinks at the perfect temperature and is almost silent as you can't hear the motor come on since it's very quiet. The freezer is very spacious and has an upper and lower compartment to fit lots of items. It also has a built in alarm to let you know fridge doors were not closed properly. Happy I bought this fridge it was a great purchase!

I can say that this fridge is SPACIOUS! We did not expect this model to be as deep or as wide until it arrived in our home. MAKE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR SPACE. Overall this unit is great; it cools and keeps food refrigerated properly, and the freezer is VERY adept at holding a lot of frozen foods. The ice-making feature is really a bonus for us as we like our drinks cold. I have to say that we're very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

I bought this last year. The freezer holds plenty of items. I like the top shelf in the freezer area pushes back to hold more. Plus, the ice cube maker is built right in the drawer.
I love the outside of the refrigerator doesn't show fingermarks, too. Have a 5 and 8 yr old living here!

Really enjoy this model everything is put together very nicely with large space for all food and drinks. I love the black stainless steel color but it scratches tooooo easily and it shows... it also on not fingerprint proof definitely shows as well. I would not buy this black color again although it's beautiful

I bought this refrigerator when moving into our new home. The fridge was huge! We are a family of 5 so we get quite a bit of groceries. Everything always fits. Live that the shelves are adjustable for large 2.5 gallons of water. There is also a lot of space in the freezer. We also love the sleek look of the fridge. We got it on sale but would definitely pay full price knowing what I know about the fridge now. It is also very quite.

I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of refrigerator that was supposedly including with indoor drinking water. Unfortunately had to accept this model for now as we need the refrigerator to put more room. Guess what? I think this is the second Samsung black stainless refrigerator that I've purchased. I love the look, and I've not had any problems. The only reason I got a second one was because I had to leave the other one when we sold our house in July. I've used this in our laundry room for beer, wine, etc., and it keeps things very cold and is extremely quiet compared to other refrigerators I've had in the past. Would highly recommend.

started seeing light scratches within first month of purchasing. after 6 months of having the unit it has bigger scratches all over it. i only clean as recommended, never using chemicals or abrasive pads. there is clearly something wrong with the finish and samsung will not honor warranty since it is cosmetic. i paid too much for a fridge to look horrible in less than a year. i will not purchase another samsung or recommend them to others. bad business!

my refrigerator stopped working after two months. when i set the temperature to 36, the temperature goes under 28 or 41 every time. i got service from samsung two times already and they replaced main board and sensor. however, it still did not work

i have had 3 door bins break in the 21 months since i have owned by fridge. their replacement has been between $85-100. they have had average use and without excessive weight. samsung refused to replace for free. i did not expect to have to incur this cost when purchasing a fridge.

i have owned this fridge since late march 2021, size is great but hope you don't need service! since the end of may my freezer stopped working-not cooling and no ice, samsung will not stand behind their warranty. i am having a devil of a time finding someone who will repair this fridge.

got this to replace my 15yo frig. delivery guys had to remove doors of frig to get in the house. this frig will not fit through residential door openings. i love having the freezer on bottom. much easier to see and get to items in frig. easy pull out crisper drawers and lower shallow one. lots of room in doors. glass shelfs are adjustable. love this refrigerator!

i got this refrigerator at the of november. the delivery process wasn't great from home depot--they just didn't show up and i had to call and see what was going on. fast forward to now and the refrigerator is broken. we woke up monday morning to warm food and melted ice (after just going grocery shopping). since it's new, i figured it was all under warranty and a fix or replacement was imminent.
wrong! it is now thursday and samsung is saying we have to wait 14 days for a "certified professional" to come repair our refrigerator. mind you, we are a busy family with two small kids and our fridge is constantly in use.
will never buy from samsung again because their customer service is junk!!

i buy refrigerator on 11/31.2020 we love it it was good lot of space and working for 25 days till 12/24 2020 then stop cooling call samsung customer center and our trouble start first make appointment on 12/29/2020 and repair guy no call no show and when i call again new appointment on 01/15/2020 ? who knows did will come and that day samsung don't want to do nothing to help what we will do 20 days with no refrigerator no food eat junk food they dont care plus that i throw a lot of food they don't care but its good they care when take your money i trust samsung in the past all my electronics is samsung but no more god help you samsung to make better products
