I have had this awesome fridge now for around a month and I absolutely love it. The black stainless steel is just beauty. I love how the ice tray stays full of ice and i even like the shape of the ice. Another nice thing is the cold filtered water pitcher is always full and cold and waiting for me. I love all the space and especially the space in the door shelves. If your thinking about getting this fridge, stop thinking and get it. You will be so glad that you did.

I bought this fridge to modernize our kitchen and I couldn't be happier. The auto fill water pitcher is awesome. The space in the fridge is incredible. The sliding freezer is spacious also. We had a 26 hour power outage and this fridge was still able to keep the frozen items and fridge items cold some suffered no food loss. Highly recommend this fridge!!!

Bought this fridge about 7 months ago, and happy we did! The fridge itself has great space. My only complaint( personal preference really!) is the ice maker! I prefer crushed ice! And the ice seems to fly out of the dish it dispenses into, I find it in the bottom drawer a lot!

I bought this about a month ago and am very happy with it. The primary benefit is that with the french doors, it feels like it has a lot more size than a similar sized side by side fridge.

We bought this last February. It has been trouble free. The large capacity of the upper portion of the refrigerator is easy to access and all shelves are at waist level or higher making it easy to find things.

All in all this was a great purchase. My prior refrigerator was 15+ years old and my family needed a size upgrade. The only reason for not giving 5 stars are: 1. The auto-fill pitcher leaked upon delivery and had to be replaced. This was handled swiftly. 2. I have noticed a small collection of ice buildup on the top of the freezer drawer in the center. This should not be happening and I will address with customer service

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago. The overall space is perfect sized, the compartments are perfectly placed and the features are endless. I absolutely love the temperature readings, the built in ice maker makes perfectly shaped lunar ice cubes. The best feature is the refillable pitcher on the door, it refills by itself and chills the water at the same time. The first it refilled I was shocked to hear and see how quickly it did it. The bottom freezer is very spacious and has 3 compartments. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. The technicians who installed where very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this product.

the ice maker on this machine is not up to par. you can run it for 10 hours and get about 20 cubes. we have a tech coming next week to check it but have been told not to expect much more. i also dont like the fact that when you take ice out and then close the door the next time you have to pull drawer back so you can remove ice. you have to do this each time

I'm really happy with this refrigerator, love the extra space from putting the ice-maker where is should be; in the freezer. The auto-fill water pitcher was also a selling point for me as the exterior is clean and simple without the dispenser that can get dirty over time. The added bonus of cold water if you want it is great. Happy with my purchase so far, even though I had to exchange the fridge as the first one I received had a auto-fill pitcher defect. Very Useful features and very rapid cooling made setting up the fridge simple, and waiting for it to get to temperature took way less than 24hrs though I surmise that it's best to let everything settle down for over 24 hours before stocking your perishables.

I love the size of this refrigerator. I put 3 to 4 pots, along with everything else. My favorite feature is the auto-fill water pitcher. It really comes in handy. The ice-maker is also a good feature. We use a lot of ice in our family and it never runs out.

i love this fridge. it's so spacious and being able to store gallons of milk on the door is such a space saver...who would've thought. we've had the fridge for a little over 3 months and i'm happy with our decision.
however...
the water pitcher, which i love, leaks when pouring. it makes such a mess. i called and samsung sent me another pitcher, but same thing. after about 2 weeks of use, it leaks when pouring get water everywhere! i hope they fix what must be a design flaw or manufacturing defect and let us know because i don't want to not love this fridge.
also, i do like the freezer and shallow draw, i just don't think they pull out far enough to easily access the items further in those spaces. maybe i'm doing something wrong.

i pruchased this refrigator in oct, the ice maker broke soon after. it is under warranty so i contacted support and keep getting the run around. they have issued multiple ticket for my request and keep sending me messages that the ticket will be canceled if i don't update my request, i call every time and get the same response "it is being handlled". they keep requesting a copy of my reciept and i sent it 3 times. its been over a month since i have tried to get this issue resolved.
