Great features. Still need to work on s-voice to compete with the competition. The only downside is the cost of replacement screens and lcds. Cost more for part than the phone is worth. Other than that great buy. Once Samsung makes replacement parts at a reasonable cost there will be no comparison with other companies.

Fourth Note I have had and still one of the best. Tried the Note 5 but lack of SD card, and IR blaster left much to be desired. I might try the Note 8 but it'll have some to go to beat the Note 4.

Years after I've gotten my Note 4 it continues to perform impeccably. Using multiple batteries, the phone lasts virtually as long as it is needed with quick swaps. I put a 200gb microsd card inside of it so now I have more storage than I know what do with...in nearly 2 years of use I still have not gotten close to filling it up. I use the S-Pen all the time to browse the web and prototype designs/do rough drafts on the go.The IR blaster lets me control my devices and then...with the Innovator Edition GearVR, I was able to experience Virtual Reality on the go with my Note 4. This phone has been absolutely worth every penny and the ONLY reason I'll get rid of it is if Samsung produces a Note 8 that doesn't blow up ;) Just teasing! Great product. If you can find a Note 4, buy it. It is fantastic and you won't regret it. A++ phone.

I first purchased when it was first released and it worked great until It didn't. Having to do a warranty replacement 3 or 4 times (I just stopped counting at this point) has increased my frustration. They have been consistently horrible on performance. The Bluetooth connectivity is "selective" meaning it will stream music no problem but will not stay connected to my 2014 or later 2015 RDX (contacted both Samsung and Acura about this). Continued FaceProvider error. Most annoying would be in the middle of a conversation I can hear who I called but they can't hear me AND GPS antenna consistently craps out and takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a signal. These things have happened right infront of store reps. Both are bad for business for me when I am on the go a lot and need to make call's and get places. Even drops a signal when driving past my carrier HQ in Factoria Bellevue on 405. No phone should lose signal on a major city Highway. Very disappointed in this model especially after paying as much as I did for it. Either it's my carrier or its Samsung... Considering switching carriers and phone brand at this point. Just got a replacement less then a month and this one is just the same as the others.

love the metal housing, the s view cover, the samsung android ui, everything works really well. the only thing i'm missing is adaptive+adjustable back-light like the new phones have. i also use an addon magnetic clip on the cover so it stays closed.

I love the fact that I can download music and play it Bluetooth on the car radio at work. That's something that the Iphone won't do. You have to download from iTunes. I can just download from my PC. The extra memory is awesome. Thank the lord for this.

Have had my Note 4 for just over a year and still love it. The screen size is perfect, battery life is generally great. Would not consider the Note 5 due to lack of expandable memory. So until I can afford to upgrade to S7 or S8, am completely happy with this.

I loved my note 4 until it started acting up for nothing I had nothing on my phone except what came on there already after a while it started losing battery fast it be on 100 and In 15 mins it be down to 30% and I had to keep it on the charger to use it.

I always hit the volume button inadvertently when trying the off/on button. The print recognition hardly ever works But I can remove and change the battery very easy. And the screen is large enough to read without glasses. I actually bought a second one as a backup

I had this phone for over a year and it honestly was the best phone I have ever owned. It broke from a fall out of the car. It was easy to use, did everything I needed it to do. It rarely glitched on me. I would recommend playing with the setting to make sure your phone syncs to your computer as well as regularly sync your files

The design, camera, everything about this phone is very good. Very easy to use. However, the battery dies pretty fast now I don't know if it's just mines or all but it can die pretty quickly for which I opted to buy samsung's portable charger. The camera's pictures comes out really HD and it pops out with sharp colors and images. I want to replace it because I spilled water on it and it's not functioning great anymore. Wish it was waterproof.

I have owned a lot of phones and when I switched from Att to Tmobile I brought my zte ZMAXX 2 and unlocked it and it wouldn't work with the bandwidth so I shopped around and found this Galaxy Note 4 and have fallen in love with it. It has so many awesome features and the S Pen rocks. It loads so much Faster than my ZTE did and works so much better. The are so many things that I can do with it. I can do lists write an email, and keep track of notes I make for work. Even though it's a bit pricey it's worth it. So thank you Samsung for meeting my needs and I will buy many more products from your product line. I have been looking at tablets and hope to be able to afford one of the galaxy tabs soon.

I absolutely LOVE the Note series of phones. I finally broke my note 2 and had to replace it. After looking at all the newer models available, I chose the Note 4. Main reason being that the battery is still removable AND best of all, you can still use a micro sd card to expand storage memory! The processor in the Note 4 is super quick too! I did a side by side comparison with a friend who just bought a Galaxy S7 and my Note 4 loaded internet sites and apps faster than the S7. Plenty of features, takes nice pictures, good battery life.

I bought this phone because of its stability and overall functionality. I'm not a little guy with small hands so it fits me. The size is below the limit of your back pocket so you don't have to carry it in your hand at all times. The only shortfall for me is the battery, but the 4 lets you change batteries if needed. I have yet to see the phone glitch one time and the programs have all been cleaned up pretty well. This model saved me several hundred dollars over the newest and still of such a high quality you aren't left with old technology. The little one can even watch cartoons comfortably on the larger screen.

I love my Note4 and was to give it up for the long awaited Note7 it have everything I love about my plus and I almost make the switch till I found out the N7 don't have the IR reader I love that on my N4 I use it to control every TV in my house even my AVR. So I kept my Note4 and will wait for the next Note hopefully they'll put the IR back. PS I can't be the only one.

I've had my note 4 for almost 2 years and really the only bad thing I can say about it is the battery life. I got a replacement phone thinking it was the phone that was messing up, but it's the battery. Dies at 30 % every time and doesn't stay charged for very long. When I took it in to get checked out they could find anything wrong with it. So it's pretty confusing.
