Recently I had to replace my gas dryer. Based on my past experiences (good) with Watertown Appliance, I went to the store. I was immediately assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly sales person who never pressured or attempted to redirect me. I had already researched the best price and knew what I would likely pay for a speed queen. To my surprise, the price at WA was far better than anything else I had found on line or anywhere else. Tack on free delivery and I saves at least $180 as compared to Best Buy. Delivery was great too. On time and right where I wanted it. This store is amazing and local. The people know their products, stand behind them and are very customer focused. If you need any appliances, I urge you to give Watertown Appliance a chance before just running to big box. I think you will be a customer for life, just like I am.

Getting to meet folks like you is one of the many reasons we love coming to work every day.
I have a bit of an old washer and I had issues with it not working and found out it was the latching mechanism when I ordered the part which was 60 dollars which is a lot cheaper than a new washer it was easy to take out the old part and put in the new part if you have any kind of washer or dryer or any kind of appliance and you're looking for a part instead of having to spend all that money for a new Appliance this is the store and business to go to they were very nice they were extremely helpful and my washer works like new

I purchased a refrigerator from Watertown Appliance in Jan 2020. The wiring in the door went up and a new door was not available for an extended period of time. We were under a warranty so the cost of the fridge was refunded. However 3 years later a new fridge was quite a bit more. Watertown Appliance went over and above what we asked to be able to get a new fridge without a lot of expense to us. They also gave us an excellent extended warranty. We walked away super impressed. Then I recently took in a crisper shelf that had missing bins thanks to a tenant. They looked for bins that would fit the refrigerator and found them and save me a LOT of money! On top of that I needed help in getting rid of an extreme odor from the refrigerator due to the tenant leaving food in it unattended for months. They sold me a rechargeable battery operated fridge purifier at the same cost you can find it on Amazon. I didn't know at the time I bought it that there wasn't much of a mark up. I was willing to pay whatever they were selling it for because htey had been so good to me.

Wonderful service! I went there to purchase a new dishwasher. They had the one that was advertised in stock, and they installed it on a day that worked for my schedule. Travis, the salesman, understood and explained all my questions. He called the day before installation and let me know that there was time to install it earlier, which I appreciated, but couldn't do. The men who installed it were very professional and knowledgeable. They called me and let me know when they'd be there, and installation was really fast. They were done in about 30-45 minutes for a job that would have confused me all day. I really recommend this store for purchase and delivery of any appliance!
